As Chief Executive Officer of Northgate Public Services Tina is responsible for the company’s overall strategic development and operation. Tina joined NPS in 2016 and has a track record of improving business performance primarily within software and services companies across the UK, Europe, Middle East and India.
Stefan Maynard is Chief Financial Officer for Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for providing financial and business leadership for the company and for helping to determine and deliver the company strategy. Stefan joined NPS in June 2020 from the Capita group where he was Divisional Finance Director for Capita Software. Stefan has extensive experience in senior finance roles in software & technology companies having also worked for Logica/CGI and Fujitsu both in the UK and in Europe.
Julie is the Chief Operating Officer of Northgate Public Services. She is responsible for delivering the company’s core operational platforms and customer cloud and support platforms along with NPS bids and marketing. Julie joined NPS in 2017 and has a proven track record of improving profitability and growth across sales, services and operational functions.
Patrick Smith is Human Resources Director for Northgate Public Services and leads strategic change and business development projects. Adept at creating optimal people strategies, Patrick has extensive experience in business acquisition and restructuring, TUPE, HR shared services, and developing, mentoring and managing leadership teams. Prior to NPS, Patrick was a senior manager at PWC’s HR Consulting practice delivering strategic change programmes to both the public sector and international clients. He has over 22 years of HR and change management experience.
Greg is Chief Risk Officer of Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for the company’s overall delivery governance and has a long track record of ensuring the companies he has worked for deliver successful software and services solutions.
He started his career in the software industry at the age of 18 and has been dedicated to software and associated services delivery organisations since the age of 23.
Zoe Fahy is Head of Legal, responsible for leading the customer services legal team, advising and supporting the business on all legal aspects of our customer contracts, including competitive procurements, negotiating direct awards, and managing legal disputes. Zoe joined NPS in 2010 following 14 years in private practice with a leading national law firm, working on a variety of technology and outsourcing deals for clients including British Airways, BT and a variety of public sector organisations.
Peter is the Commercial Director of Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for the Sales team in Government, Housing and Health, the Design Studio, Snook, Customer Services and the Sales Operations team. He has over 30 years experience working with Government and Housing across a variety of markets and has a proven track record of winning and delivering business while creating lasting client relationships.
Roger is the Executive Director for Government and Housing for Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for all of the software solutions into Local and Central Government as well as Social Housing Landlords throughout the UK and internationally. He joined NPS in 2017 as Director of Housing from Capita having managed the Housing software business from 2004. Roger has a wealth of experience in IT, Local Government, Social Housing and managing software development.
Steve is the Executive Director for Public Safety for Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for the delivery of software solutions and services across the Emergency Services, Justice and Transport markets in the UK and internationally. Steve joined NPS in 2017 and has spent 25 years working with the public sector as a principal consultant with PwC and with technology companies including iDox, esri uk and Civica
Sarah is the Chief Digital Officer for Northgate Public Services and CEO of Snook. She is a designer and serial idea generator. She co-founded Snook, MyPolice, CycleHack, Dearest Scotland, Alloa Pride and The Matter. For this work she was awarded a Google Fellowship for her work in technology and democratic innovation and named as Good magazine’s 100 extraordinary individuals tackling global issues in creative ways. Sarah was given an honorary doctorate from the Glasgow School of Art for services to design in 2019.
In 2018 Sarah was named by Nesta and the UK’s mainstream publication the Observer as a New Radical, individuals who are tackling society’s biggest challenges.
Daily, Sarah is the CEO of Snook, an award winning global design consultancy based in London and Glasgow and the Chief Digital Officer of Northgate Public Services, supporting the business to design and deliver services fit for the 21st century. Snook are on a mission to design a world that’s more human.
Sarah is a board member of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Addaction a mental health charity and Settle a charity dedicated to tackling the causes of youth homelessness.
She is a fellow of the RSA, sits on the Mayor of Hackney’s Digital Advisory Board, and is a fellow at the Edinburgh University centre for Service Excellence
