We have over 25 years’ experience providing diabetic eye screening services across the UK. Our fully managed service includes screening, grading, failsafe management, reporting, clinical leadership, administration and booking, including call/recall management.

The software can be easily configured to meet both the national and local needs of programmes. It’s in use throughout the UK and internationally, screening over 100,000 patients per month for diabetic eye disease in England alone.

Newborn hearing screening software

In Ireland, we manage the newborn hearing screening process on behalf of the Health Service Executive.

Employing trained screeners and audiologists in maternity hospitals across the country, we deliver to accredited international standards which are backed up by external audits and assessments. This service uses our SMaRT screening solution, developed in partnership with the National Hearing Screening Programme in England.

Efficient administration to meet your needs

We can support your programme locally or you can take advantage of our central booking centre which operates six days a week (8.00am – 6.00pm Monday-Friday and 8.30am – 2.30pm on Saturday).

Our software supports the whole care pathway, including appointment booking and patient tracking. We can also integrate your systems with ours to deliver a seamless service.

Ensuring your patients’ information is safe is our priority, which is why we hold IGSoC V12 and have a dedicated ‘Caldicott Guardian’ to supervise patient confidentiality. We can also provide a complete patient communication service, including multiple languages and font sizes, online booking platforms and telephone lines.
